Panic and anxiety is the state of mind to have unnecessary fear of something irrelevant and irrational. Anxiety causes severe mental problems and emotional instability in persons. The people will feel uncomfortable and nervous to situations they are unaccustomed to due to lack of self confidence. Anxieties are generally caused by certain situations, places or people that the person may find difficult to cope up with. Initially anxiety may not be felt to be much troublesome but as the intensity increases the person will start to feel severe panic and anxiety disorders. These disorders will weaken the person both physically and mentally.

Stress in the mind due to panic and anxiety will dries the interest to move forward in your life. Motivation is a factor that is most important for the growth of any person in his personal or professional life.

The most natural method to avoid anxiety is to keep away from incidence and environment that create anxiety in your mind. This method prepares your mind to focus on things that does not bring anxiety into your mind.

Seeking the advice of an experienced doctor or communicating your problems with a trusted friend or counselor is the best solution to the problem. But most people don’t like to show their weakness in front of others.

Panic and anxiety medications are now available in various forms like drugs prescribed by medical practitioners. Alternative medicines like herbal medicines and physiological therapies are also used to change behavioral pattern.

Most of the people having problems with anxiety and related issues will not like to disclose it. They will be under the impression that it is a temporary feeling and can be undone gradually. The self confidence is needed to eliminate anxiety but it may not work successfully to all people.

Panic and anxiety affects your personality. It makes you thoroughly depressed and sense of failure and inability to take right decision will lay hard on your self esteem. Anxiety also affects the feelings of a person. You may not be able to identify the situation you are in since you cannot feel the sense of presence. Your emotions will start to betray you and will be always having a mind full of stress and fear of something that you cannot identify. The confusion in the mind has actually noting to do with the environment or people around you. Stress anxiety has affected your mind and you are no longer able to have the right perception of things happening around you.
